what i ate:

  • 1 cup of optimum slim cereal with greek yogurt
  • luna bar
  • strawberries
  • celery and peanut butter
  • 2 hardboiled eggs
  • broccoli
  • tiny peace of steak

exercise:

  • dance for four and a half hours
  • abb and thigh workout 

good day. except i just keep looking at my body and seeing flaws :(

This gives me hope. I still want to lose 14 pounds and I look a little smaller than the before picture. Yay!

  • oatmeal
  • raspberries
  • two luna bars
  • chicken sandwich on wheat bread
  • orange
  • chicken and asparagus 
  • grapes

exercise:

  • 30 minutes on elliptical 
  • 30 minutes doing crunches, stretching, and leg & butt workout

pretty good day! didn’t need that second luna bar though!
